The room service was prompt, and the housekeeping staff maintained cleanliness effectively. However, the lack of an electric kettle for tea/coffee in the rooms was a downside. the presence of air conditioning was a relief in the Indian heat, but it struggled to cool the room efficiently at times. The free toiletries provided were basic, and the flat-screen TV offered limited channels. the Wi-Fi was reliable, catering well to my freelance work demands. the 24-hour reception was convenient for late check-ins. the restaurant's food was decent but could benefit from some improvements in terms of variety. Overall, Silver Regency offers a comfortable stay at a reasonable price point, making it a suitable choice for budget-conscious travelers looking for reliable amenities in Guwahati.
